Donation: We are asking for a $60 donation (and we encourage you to donate more if you can). A $150 donation buys a wheelchair for someone in need. For a Donation of $210 you will also provide a wheelchair for someone in Need. (Bring a nice bottle of wine to share.)
Food & Music: Enjoy Indian food, and music in your favorite Indian attire or evening wear. Let’s have fun and bring light into the lives of others.
Diwali or ( Deepavali) , also known as the “Festival if Lights,” is the biggest festival in the Hindu Calendar. Spiritually, it symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance. As the name suggests the celebration involves millions of lights illuminated from rooftops, doorways and windows in homes and buildings.
